Abhishek Mukherjee is a Research Associate with the Social Protection Initiative. He has a keen interest in mobility, spatial analysis, and rural development. Prior to Dvara, he was working as a Research Associate at Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, where he worked on developing a sustainable framework for gold mining as an opportunity for rural development in India. He holds a Master’s in Economics from Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics.
In this blog, we propose a framework for evaluating agent success through a customer protection lens; this can potentially be deployed as a tool to determine agent success while also allowing stakeholders to identify context-specific levers to improve outcomes for the customer.
