As part of our coverage on the recently held knowledge management sessions at our office, in this post we share video from a session on “Financial Access for Persons with Disabilities – Current Status and Challenges”. In this session we had the opportunity to host Amba Salelkar, Meenakshi Balasubramanian & Sudha Ramamoorthy from Equals, Centre for Promotion of Social Justice, and Jayashree Venkatesan. The session outlined some of the recent developments in financial access and whether the benefits from these large investments in financial inclusion have remained elusive for people with disabilities.
